Applications for financial support

General information

There are three different application forms for support by BI-International. Please choose the appropriate form. Take enough time to fill in the form. You can store it at any time and complete it later. When completed please send the application to BI-International using the "Send message" button. You will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail (non-automatic).

Please apply as soon as possible, the deadline being six weeks before the planned start of your trip.

Please fill in all categories. The more information we have about your project the easier the decision for a grant will be. You are welcome to include files as attachments (short overview of your professional career, letter of invitation by a host institution or letter of endorsement from your employer). In this case please don't forget to click on the button "Attachments".

Applicants can apply for one grant only from BI-International per year. The grant is meant to be a subsidy towards the costs. Full funding is excluded. Please note grants.
